As an IT Support Engineer, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of our clients’ IT infrastructures. Your tasks will encompass:
- Technical Finesse: Leverage your comprehensive understanding of servers, Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, DHCP setup, and Active Directory management to provide comprehensive IT support to our clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support roles.
- Proficiency across server management, Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, DHCP, and Active Directory administration.
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a meticulous approach to troubleshooting.
- Exceptional communication skills that allow you to adeptly convey technical information to clients without a technical background.
- Capability to work remotely while effectively managing time to cater to client needs.
- Plus points for relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.
