  • Data Accuracy:

  • Timekeeping Management:

Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate timekeeping data, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Benefits Administration:

Assist with the administration of employee benefits related to payroll, including health insurance, retirement plans, and more.

  • Compliance Adherence:

Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, ensuring that payroll practices remain in compliance with legal standards.

  • Payroll Reporting:

Generate and distribute accurate payroll reports to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in payroll, ideally within a healthcare or home health environment.
