We’re seeking a dynamic individual with a minimum of 8 years of sales experience, including 5 years in the construction or remodeling field, to drive our sales efforts in the Texas state. As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in exceeding sales targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional home renovation and remodel packages to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:
Lead our regional sales efforts in Texas, driving growth and revenue through consultative selling of home renovation and remodel packages.

Utilize your 8 years of sales experience to meet and exceed tight sales targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of total sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically in the construction or remodeling industry.
Proven ability to work to tight targets and deadlines, consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Strong client-facing skills, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and the ability to present solutions effectively.
Consultative sales approach, showcasing your ability to tailor offerings to meet client needs.
